conference in Riga, Latvia. It was hosted by Ambassador Catherine Todd Bailey, and the honored speaker was Justice Alito.

Kyndra Rotunda devised the curriculum of the Clinic for Legal Assistance to Service members (CLAS). She also
coordinated closely with the US Army JAG School in Charlottesville, Virginia,and utilized their publications in her classes.

Other News: Rotunda Joins Chapman Law
Rotunda will join the faculty of Chapman School
of Law in Orange, California beginning in the fall of 2008. She will establish a military law clinic to provide pro
bono support to wounded troops and military families. Her husband, Ron Rotunda, will join her at Chapman and will hold
a Constitutional Law Chair.
